Terms of Service

This page contains general Terms of Service which apply to all commissions that I provide. Some commissions may contain additional Terms of Service which may vary. Please read carefully and don't hesitate to ask questions if needed. Thank You.

Workflow

  1. Send me the reference of your character/photo/emotes/pose that you want.
  2. Work time counted from the sketching process.
  3. Revision 1: Major Changes (composition, pose, etc) can be requested during the sketching period.
  4. Lineart will start if the sketches are confirmed by you as the commissioner.
  5. Finished drawing will be sent for final review.
  6. Revision 2: Minor Change
  7. After everything is approved, I will send you the link with the PNG file through email or via other file distribution.
  8. Commission is usually finished in 3-5 days. Some might take more, depending on my schedule.

Payment

  1. Commission should be paid 50% from total price in upfront and another 50% after commission finished.
  2. All transactions will be made via Paypal Invoice (using the USD price rate) or Bank Jago (using the IDR price rate).
  3. Invoice payment must be paid in 1-2 days after discussions regarding the commission are completed.
  4. I will give you the file that you order only after I received the full payment.
  5. No refund are allowed after I start working on your commission.
  6. Refunds can be made if I have not started working on your commission.

Credit

  1. Do not edit/trace/copy/heavily reference any of my artwork.
  2. For personal commission; visible credit to me is mandatory. Please credit and tagging me on my social media when you use what you commission.
  3. For personal commission; I may post commissioned artworks, & WIPs as part of my portfolio on any public websites/blog.
  4. For personal commission; you are not allowed to use what you commission for commercial purposes (digital printing, etc).
  5. For commercial commission; you are allowed to use the commission for any purpose without needing to include credit to me.

So by ordering a commission from me, you agree to these general Terms and Conditions. I do not take any responsibility if you have not read them.
